Rotary Vintage Men's Watch 1960s Or 1970s?

Chrome plated manual winding Rotary watch which I would guess is from around the 1960s or 1970s. Case (~35mm diameter) has a few marks, dial and hands look very good, glass cracked but still usable, strap a piece missing from one of the links but it still works. Hands adjust OK. Starts and runs for a short time and then stops so needs attention. Please study photos carefully....
