SOME SERVICE/REPAIR MAY NEED TO BE PERFORMED. STAFF GOOD AS IS THE BALANCE WHEEL. CHRONO PUSHERS IN GOOD SHAPE AND ENGAGE AS THEY SHOULD. STEM WILL HAVE TO BE INSERTED CORRECTLY.
