L This is a very handsome ELGIN wristwatch from the1920`s . It has a very nice VINTAGE CASE . The dial has rare "PERSHING " Black DIAL WITH 48 WHITE STARS and 12 white hour makers which were designed to imitate the 48 states and happens to be the correct amount of markers which doubled as 60 minutes on the dial.which we had at that time nearly 100 years ago.
