Stamps - Unusual Green And White Watch - Untested

I never seen a watch like this before. It's by S.T.A.M.P.S. and is a wide light green leather strap with silver buckle. It leads to a square white dial which has a floral pattern and has a perforated edge to it like a stamp as the brand name would suggest. There's no glass and I don't know if there should be otherwise it makes the hands quite exposed. Please note, this watch has not been tested and is not currently working. Hopefully it just needs a new battery but please take a look at the pict...
