Seiko 5 6119-8101 Mac-v Sog Era. 1968 Military

This is very rare model 6119-8101 Seiko watch. Made in December 1968. My research keeps showing the 6119-8101 as a MAC-V/SOG watch though the Dial and hands on this one is different. It is definitely from the correct time line but I cant be sure if its a MAC-V/SOG watch. The watch runs and keeps good time. There is 2 scratches or cracks in the crystal. I thought about replacing it as they still sell the crystal for about $15 but I kind of like the battle scars and think maybe they should be left...
