2001 Seiko Automatic 7S26-6000 not working. Movement photographed, I think the rotor arm and one cog/wheel is missing from the self-winding system, looking at the movement it seems to otherwise have all balance parts intact, so I believe this is the “issue” but balance may be in any state of disrepair.
