This is a functioning Seiko 6139-6003 "Blue Pogue" men's wristwatch. This watch runs and keeps time. The chronograph function works and the pushers start and stop the watch and reset the hands. The quick set date and day functions works. Unfortunately the rotating bezel feature on this watch is not functioning. The bracelet clasp works and the bracelet is in good condition. This is a vintage, used wristwatch and is sold as is....
