This is a blue/navy Seiko Timetron model W853-4000. I purchased this from a seller in Japan a few years ago as-is. It did not come with the box, papers, or the original strap (the original straps are notorious for getting brittle and falling apart). I cleaned the watch up and popped a battery in it, and it worked great.
