This is a well-loved vintage Seiko Diver with the "Pepsi" rotating bezel. All functions appear work, but it does need a new battery. As you can see from the photos, this watch has quite a few surface scratches and dings. It is a great candidate for customization, but that is not my skillset, so I am letting it go to someone with the skills to restore this watch. The band is not included.
