this is a beautiful vintage sterling silver watch that is marked TF925, and I believe it’s possibly from tax Mexico, but it is not marked as such. It has a silver bill watch that you can set the time, but I’ve tried to wind it and it’s not running so perhaps it needs a new battery and obviously needs polished.
