This item is a bit of a mystery. Its clearly a wrist worn instrument made by Silva. I have no instructions so cannot set it up or confirm it is working as it should. I can find very little information on line so SPARES OR REPAIR ONLY. All buttons do something to the face including the cool light which I have attempted to show.
