1917 Hallmarked Silver Officers trench watch. I have just had it serviced and the glass replaced, definitely cost more than the watch is worth, however I believe it's worth this amount of respect. Stripped down, cleaned and put back together, no parts were replaced so the watch maker remarked it's worn , but is keeping time, and he is right over a 24 hour period it's about 2 minutes slow.
