A sample sale purchase from 2018, I believe this is a unique variation of 'The Gilded Skull' which itself was a limited and now discontinued watch from London watchmaker Mr Jones Watches. It features a guilt candy skull with yellow god, white gold and palladium with an inverse colourway to the standard model (a gold skull instead of silver).
