Timex Electric Watch Running

Details:

37mm timex electric watch as seen. Normally i dont fool with these but the watch was with a couple other that stood out so i tried a battery and it started running. I kept it on desk for a few days to make sure it stayed running and it has and continues to keep time. I do not know last service date but seems to run fine with no issues....
