You are bidding on an old 1970’s Tissot Sideral S watch with a fiberglass body. The glass is scratched but it appears to be functional. The bezel rotates. The minute hand started to move as the video shows. I’m not a watch guy but it obviously will need a little TLC. The steel band is small so perhaps a child had worn it. Interesting collectable watch.
