Ultmost Talking Men's Watch W Led Screen & Analog Unused But Not Working Right!!

This watch appears to be UNUSED and I installed a NEW #2016 battery, but it is not functioning properly!! The analog part of the dial is not working!! The LED screen is working fine BUT after I set up the alarm and tested it, I could not get the rooster crowing to stop without re-opening the case!! Perhaps someone with more knowledge can get working properly!! In beautiful physical condition it is SOLD AS IS for parts or restoration!!
