Lovely dainty heart design in 10k gold filled over stainless steel. The 2 stones have tested as diamonds. In good vintage condition. Windup watch type has been tested and runs and keeps accurate time. Notable scratch across the glass on face of the watch and some fine scratches on the back of the casing.
