Very Cool Vintage Elgin, 17 Jewels, Dual Time, Mechanical Watch

This is a fun one. I have had thousands and thousands of watches and I've never seen one of these before! I wound it a couple turns and both dials are functioning. Not tested for duration or accuracy. Hands rorate nicely with crowns extended. It has wear typical of age and normal use. I just could not pass this one by. Approx 40mm crown to crown....
