This is a very rare Immersion Watch Company (Torino, Italy) men's sport/free-dive Quartz watch. This watch features a chrome-plated case with a screw down stainless steel back. It has a silver dial with over-sized numerals on 12-3-6 and 9 hour marks. All hour marks and hands are luminescent. It has a very reliable Japanese Miyota Quartz movement and it is rated water resistant for 50 meters.
