Very Large Unbranded Dual Timezone Gents Watch - Untested

This one took me a few searches to find out what it was but seems to be a dual timezone watch. I've never come across one like this before. There's no branding on it but Dulm seem to make one very similar. It's got some tarnishing on the metal and please note, this watch has not been tested and is not currently working.
