Vintage 1943 Wwii Omega Men's Watch 15 Jewel Swiss For Restoration/parts

This 15-Jewel gentleman's Omega wristwatch was made in Switzerland in 1943, during WWII. This fact is based on its serial number (9856825). The watch is in need of restoration, or could be used for parts. The watchband (not sure if it is original) is a Kreisler. The number on the watch case is 2214/2. It also says "Acier inoxydable" (stainless steel in English). The watch is not working, and I have no idea when it was last working. I'm not a watch expert, so use your judgment based on the photos...
