This is an "as found" men's wristwatch by "Bulova" and has 23 jewels. It does run and keeps time. It has a 10K R.G.P. case, sweep second hand, is waterproof, self winding, shock resistant and anti magnetic. The lugs are approximtely 19.55mm though one is slightly bent, see photo. It has a very unusual dial amd crystal has some scratches. Expected use and wear though it does run!...
