Watch needs some repairs like a new crystal and needs a band and cleaning. -For sale is a vintage Bulova watch. I was told the L4 mark on the case back means it’s from 1954 -I’m sorry but I’m not sure how to open the back of watch. I believe you need a special type of tool to open it since it’s waterproof...
