You are buying a gently used in quite nice condition vintage 1955 Bulova Senator D wristwatch. Watch has been stored for many years unused upon acquiring I wound it a bit and the second hand only moved around twice (2 minutes) then hasn't moved since but hour and minute arms move freely. Since it shows so little use the original lubrication is probably dried and gummed up needing basic cleaning and fresh lubrication.
