Made from 1955 through 1957, the Hamilton Baxter was a larger watch for the time. This watch comes with an American made Hamilton caliber 747 manual wind movement. The watch features a good sterling silver dial with applied 18k gold numerals and dots. There is honest patina across the dial. The paint for the Hamilton branding, hour markers, and sub seconds crosshairs is excellent. A NOS acrylic crystal was installed during the November 2023 service.
