Pretty nice 50 year old Bulova 23 womens watch , fancy jeweled case Watch is not running . Plenty pictures , I do not work on watches so I can only give minimal info . There is resistance when winding so I don’t think mainspring is broke Hairpin spring on escapement looks intact ?? But there does not seem to be power reaching it . Just my observation As is Ships as 8 ounces...
