Based on the 17 jewel INT 4310 movement, I'd say this watch dates to the early 70s. The movement was disassembled, cleaned and oiled and runs sets and winds great. Beautiful dial with the floating bell logo. Good case. Back screws tight. Clear crystal. Nice suede band. I thought southwest bell was one of the " baby bells" that were formed after the break up of bell telephone but they are not.
