For your consideration: Is this 1948 Bulova 17 Jewel Cal. 8AE mechanical watch in great condition with the exception that it does need a balance complete to get it to work, that’s all it needs. The dial had been refinished in royal blue by another unknown party. The dial also has three diamond chips at the 9, 12 & 3:00 positions. The watch is casing 10 Kt.
