Vintage Bulova Millennia Alarm Stainless Steel Men’s Quartz Watch 98a51

Crystal shows some scratches but is overall in functional condition. Crown sets time properly. Top pusher switches the watch’s alarm between vibration and sound. I’m unsure how to use the bottom pushers, I’m assuming they are for setting the alarm but I have no idea how to set it. I couldn’t find a manual online for clarification. You may know how to set it, but assume it’s not functional since I don’t know how to test it. Case shows some signs of wear but is functional and wearable....
