**Put new battery in. Digital works. The second hand for analog will stop after ticking for a few seconds. If you tap the crystal, it takes back off again. I noticed that when setting the time, the minute hand will shudder and slightly move with the second hand. The prong that holds the battery in place isn't fully securing the battery.
