This is a vintage citizen watch with alarm function from the 1970’s. Condition is good, the movement is strong and running and keeping time, the upper pusher is for gearing up the buzz vibrator and set alarm hand it looks similar to a GMT hand) the lower pusher is for manual winding to wind up the movement (daily) and set hour and minute.
