Here is an impressive Elgin watch with a 4 diamond black dial. At a close look, the dial looks like tree bark. It has a Japanese made quartz movement. Stainless steel. Has a fancy gold plated band with a factory flaw of two small spots where gold paint is missing as shown in the last picture. Do not know the age of battery, but is running fine at this time. Watch does not show any signs of wear....
