This seldom seen vintage 1960's Elgin diver has a grayish black satin dial that presents in person as near pristine with the only imperfection being a few pronounced white lines radiating from the 9 o'clock marker. In my humble opinion this likely occurred during the manufacturing process given that its consistent with the satin finish. In person this imperfection is difficult to see.
