The face is a Rose Gold color with Metallic Black Hands and a square Seconds chapter at the 6:00 O'clock position. Above center is is marked in Black ELGIN De Luxe. The works are stamped ELGIN 555 U-S-A Y154655 17 JEWELS. The balance wheel does rotate when the watch is twisted but it does not oscillate. The outside of the back case...
