This item being offered is a vintage 1950's Gruen wristwatch. It is 10k gold filled top and back in a signed Gruen case ref# 335-710. The 21-jewel caliber 335 is not running and needs a mainspring and maybe servicing. The balance looks good. The case is fine needing a good polishing.
