I tried to figure out how to open the back of the watch before I finally consulted the insert sheet and found that this watch was designed to be returned to the manufacturer for a replacement battery!!! SO I have no idea how to open it!! It will need a new band as well and the gold toned case is engraved with the initials "KWS" on the flip side, to be worn as an ID bracelet!!
