This watch is a SWISS ELGIN DURAPOWER with a GENCO GOLD FILLED band. The DURAPOWER model was introduced in 1947 to name the mainspring design, and I am not sure how many years Elgin continued to make this model. I am not a watch repairman or jewelry expert, so I do not know why this watch is not running.
