From a local New Mexico estate. Vintage Lady Elgin #23 (F-52282), In the original hard plastic box with instructions. The case is marked 14K. I had a jeweler friend look at it and the diamonds are real. It is in very nice condition, but does not wind-will need a little work to get it running. . The hands can be set fine.
