Up for sale is a sweet Lady Elgin De Luxe watch that was purchased vintage as a gift in the SF Castro District in 1993. It has been stored for years, and never worn. It is marked 10K filled gold on the case, and the band is original--also gold filled. I'm not sure what year this watch dates from--but I would guess the 1940s.
