Vintage Lucerne Sport Chronograph Men's WristwatchWatch is not currently running, and is sold for parts/repair as is. The hands spin and can be set when you pull out the crown (including the 2 small inset chrono dials). The watch does wind up with the crown, but it doesn't hold the wind/power and the hands just spin down. The two smaller chrono buttons do feel like they would work if the watch could hold a wind, but I can't test it. Otherwise, all the physical parts are still in excellent condit...
