Vintage Mathey Tissot 17 Jewel Mechanical Men's Wristwatch Needs Stem and Crown. This watch is for restoration. It is in fair shape.It does run although it needs a new stem and crown. The stem is broken off, missing, and part of the stem is still in the movement. I was able to get ahold of the stump of the remaining stem and pull it out to the setting position and the hands do set.
