Vintage elgin deco mens cusion case watch running for repair. Currently running and hands advance. Issue with stem slipping making winding and time setting difficult. Was able to wind enough to run and can wind by removing caseback and turning gear. Crown not orig and is not fully screwed in. Very nice old case and dial.
