Alright folks…. Here we go. This is a vintage men’s Elgin Presidential two tone quartz watch. Has new battery installed and is keeping time. Physically watch has a HUGE amount of scratching and scuffs on case, case back, crystal and band. Crystal is pretty scratched up but a good polish/ buff will clear it up. There is a HUGE amount of gold tone loss all around but honestly it looks amazing. There is some environmental damage on car and case back. Also chrome loss on sides of case around lug...
