Vintage Omega Cal 471. Sets and runs with no issues, and I've roughly timed it as 5-10 minutes fast per day. Dial color is difficult to describe but somewhere between beige/champagne/gold depending on the lighting with gold hands and indexes. Nice dauphine markers with arabic numerals indicating the even hours. Dial has a moderate amount of patina, it heaviest between the 10 and 12 markers and the 2 marker.
