This is a Omega Constellation Calendar 14393 with a Caliber 561 and a Railtrack Dial (a very rare dial). Case and case back in very good condition but polished in the past. Original Railtrack dial, nonrepainted is in nice condition. there is mark between 11 and 12 hour marker. All the fonts and railtrack markers are visibled.
