Non running POLJOT wristwatch. 2609H 17 jewel movement. Made in USSR. Sets and winds but does not run. Balance is good but hairspring is tangled. If you can fix that I think it would run. Case is in decent condition and crystal is intact but has typical scuffs and scratches that will likely buff out. See pics for overall condition and feel free to ask questions.
