A vintage/antique Elgin watch face with some internals. Doesn't work as one could imagine, but could be used for an art project of some sort, or just by someone who wants to refurbish it. Doesn't have dials (as shown in pictures), and where the 6 would be at the bottom is instead a smaller dial calculating seconds with its own dial at one point....
