Good vintage condition -- Shows some signs of wear, a little tarnishing and might need cleaned. Still a nice piece. Marked 'Prescott' on the front and 'Prescott, PS0085, Mov't Japan, Stainless Steel Caseback' on back. I believe all it needs is new batteries to run, however I know nothing about watches so can't say for sure.
