This is RAKETA Russian Braille watch for blind people Mechanical movement RAKETA 260 1. H with 19 ruby jewels, hand-wound. The Braille watch appears to use a chrome plated case with a snap-on stainless steel back. The case measures 38 mm wide at its widest point (diagonally) and is 34 mm directly across the face (37 mm with the crown). The lug width is 18 mm.
