Beautiful Sandoz Diver. I believe Sandoz was the first of many manufacturers to us this case style - which subsequently became known as a baby panerai case. This is one of the rarer and more desirable baby panerais and the best sandoz IMO with the 'dart' or 'shark's tooth' numerals.
